What does Pandoratech do?
Pandoratech is an independent UAE software company established in 2012, with its head office in Al Ain and a site office in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. It delivers Odoo ERP implementation, custom web and mobile applications, integrations, managed cloud hosting and support across the UAE and GCC. Its own products include Waiteroo, Zynko, RetailInn, SalonOnClick, Tailoroo, Presso and Zynko AI Hub.
How do you approach multinational and multi-company requirements?
We start by mapping legal entities, branches, currencies, user roles, approval flows and reporting needs. The solution and rollout plan are then scoped around your existing systems and local requirements. Country-specific accounting, payroll and regulatory needs are reviewed with your finance and business teams rather than assumed to be identical across entities.
Can you integrate Odoo with our existing systems?
Yes. Pandoratech provides Odoo customization and integration services alongside custom application development. We assess available APIs, data ownership, security requirements and migration dependencies before confirming scope. Integration feasibility and any third-party licences are reviewed during discovery.
Do you implement Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Both. Pandoratech is an independent implementation and development company, not an official Odoo partner. It specializes in Odoo Community and also implements and customizes Enterprise under the required licences. Edition selection depends on your functional requirements, integrations and total cost of ownership.
How do you support UAE compliance and e-invoicing readiness?
We scope UAE accounting records, tax reporting, payroll and e-invoicing requirements with your finance team. For e-invoicing, our work covers ERP data readiness and integration with your chosen Accredited Service Provider (ASP). Pandoratech is not an ASP; the business appoints that provider directly. Requirements are validated for the modules and entities in scope.
How are rollout timelines and ongoing support agreed?
Timelines depend on the number of entities, modules, integrations, data migration and user acceptance testing. We agree a phased delivery plan after discovery. Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, support channels and response commitments are defined in the proposal or support agreement. Delivery and support are available in English and Arabic.
